SPICY PERSIMMON SORBET

 2 cups persimmon pulp

¼ cup lemon juice

¼ cup chopped ginger

¼ cup water

½ cup sugar

½  tsp apple pie spice

 

Combine and let stand until sugar dissolves, (5 to 10 minutes). Freeze in ice cream machine or in metal pan as above.
