3 cups tomatillos, cut in small pieces

1 med. Yellow onion, finely chopped

4 Jalalpeno chiles seeded and deveined

Blend and marinate overnight in refrigerator as lime cuts sharpness of onions and chiles. Serve with chips or crackers.
