FRUITED COLE SLAW

2 cups shredded cabbage

1 banana, sliced or diced

2 medium-sized Fuyus, diced

Dressing:

            1 tbsp mayonnaise

            1 tbsp wine vinegar

            1 tbsp sugar or equiv. substitute

Blend dressing and add to fruit and cabbage.
