1/2 c. cream |

1/2 c. buttermilk |

2/3 c. flour |
1/2 tsp. baking soda |

1 c. persimmon pulp |
1 tsp. lemon juice |
|
1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
1 tsp. vanilla |
|
1/2 tsp. nutmeg |
6 Tbsp. butter, melted in pan |
Melt butter in an 8-inch square pan; set aside. Combine all other ingredients; mix to blend well. Pour melted butter in persimmon mixture. Mix to combine. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
