Jellied Persimmon Salad
·
1 small package orange gelatin·
1 cup hot water·
2 cups persimmon pulp·
1 Tbs lemon juice·
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add persimmon pulp and lemon juice. Cool, then fold in celery. Pour into oiled ring mold or individual molds and chill.
